Name the town, name the unit, and press the button. One transaction, a few cents of gas paid in USDC, and your wallet is the council: it spends the fund, and every peso it spends is a transaction anyone can read.

What happens next
- Your browser starts using the new town at once. Anyone can mint, pay and redeem against it.
- If your wallet owns the registry, press Register and every visitor moves to it.
- Merchants are ordinary wallets. Give the store on the corner one, and it can be paid.
